The couple of days ago. I search for information on the DYMO 1776112 Digital Postal Scale / Shipping Scale, 250-pound, so i would like to describe here.
I ordered the scale to be used in my Department small business shipping, do 10-30 packages a day and use FedEx Ship Manager software. at first that the scale would not work with there software, after you upgrade to the latest version allowed USB stairs but still didn't work. After some research got it working using custom configuration and adding the vendor id and the product id found in Device Manager computer. support for FedEx said it would not work with the software,
